All group travel involves prepaying costs. We make deposits and some of these depositsare non-refundable. When we make final payments they are normally not refundable.
Trip cancellation insurance is the best way for you to insure a refund if it becomes necessary to cancel your trip. Since we are not in the insurance business, there are many circumstances under which we will not be able to issue you a refund.
As a result of our investigation of the market, we recommend Travel Guard insurance. We have found this to be a reliable company. In addition, we believe that the best value is the company’s “Gold Plan” policy. But you may choose to investiate other insurance companies and plans. These are available on the internet.
